Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 60 years old; ASA I to II level; no severe heart, lung or brain disease; no hypertension or diabetes history; preoperative examination of liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood routine and coagulation four items were normal; ECG and chest X showed no abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criterias were: mental disorder or mental illness can not cooperate with treatment; a history of cardiovascular disease and the use of cardiovascular drugs and cardiac functional grading of grade III; with slow arrhythmia (sinus bradycardia, left bundle branch block, complete atrioventricular block); liver and renal function abnormalities; alcohol or drug addiction history.
