Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Using of voriconazole for treatment or prevention fungal infections in patients with liver dysfunction; 2. at least one voriconazole plasma Cmin; 3. Aged more than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. simultaneous use of another antifungal agent; 2. combination of rifampicin,isoniazid,phenytoin and other potent CYP450 inducers and inhibitors; 3. lack of compliance with the recommended dosage regimen.
