50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 55-90 years of age; (2) confirmed BP; (3) voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have overlapping connective tissue disease, mixed connective tissue disease and undifferentiated connective tissue disease; (2) patients with immune skin diseases and cutaneous vasculitis, such as lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, and white congestion; (3) have other inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis, eczema or atopic dermatitis; (4) other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease (crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis); (5) patients with viral infectious skin diseases such as common warts; (6) in the period of severe and uncontrollable local or systemic acute and chronic infection; (7) history of hepatitis b or c;Or hiv-positive people; (8) patients with a history of benign or malignant tumor; (9) other situations in which the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the test.
