Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed of having postoperative sore throat after gynecological laparoscopic operation; (2) aged 25-65 years old; (3) ASA I-II; (4) operative time<4h; (5) the vital signs are stable after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) having preoperative chronic laryngology or chronic laryngitis; (2) allergy to local anesthetics; (3) having difficult intubation or multiple intubation; (4) having a history of diabetes or mental illness; (5) having therapies of long-term opioid, antipyretic analgesics or hormone.

visual analogue scale (VAS) of postoperative sore throat at immediately before treatment(T0), and 10 min(T1), 30 min(T2), 1h(T3), 2 h (T4), 4h (T5), 24h (T6) after treatment;

mean arterial pressure (MAP) of postoperative sore throat at immediately before treatment(T0), and 10 min(T1), 30 min(T2), 1h(T3), 2 h (T4), 4h (T5), 24h (T6) after treatment;heart rate (HR) of postoperative sore throat at immediately before treatment(T0), and 10 min(T1), 30 min(T2), 1h(T3), 2 h (T4), 4h (T5), 24h (T6) after treatment; Pulse Oxygen Saturation ( SPO2)of postoperative sore throat at immediately before treatment(T0), and 10 min(T1), 30 min(T2), 1h(T3), 2 h (T4), 4h (T5), 24h (T6) after treatment;the rate of nausea and vomiting;the rate of asphyxia;the rate of hoarseness;the rate of dyspnea;the rate of bradycardia;the rate of choking cough after drunk 20ml water at 2h after treatment;the rate of aspiration and regurgitation after drunk 20ml water at 2h after treatment;
