Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2. schedule for posterior lumbar surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction or communication disorder; 2. Infection on the site of the puncture point; 3. Allergic to local anethetics; 4. Emergency surgery; 5. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 6. Patients with severe liver and renal dysfunction; 7. Patients during anticoagulation; 8. Patients participate on other study.
