Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3–17 years of age; Chinese ethnicity; best corrected visual acuity ?0.8; astigmatism < 1.5D; normal intraocular pressure (IOP< 21 mmHg); no ocular surgery or trauma history,no oculae diseases except for refractive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a history of retinopathy or glaucoma or optic nerve disease; a history of prematurity; amblyopia; strabismus; or systemic diseases.
