Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) married women aged 18-45 years old; (2) match the diagnostic criteria of DOR; (3) The couples have normal chromosomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Other endocrine diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function, hyperprolactinemia, polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, etc.; 3. uterine malformation or other malformation of reproductive organs, organic diseases of uterus, hydrosalpinx, endometriosis, ovarian occupying lesions; 4. Male severe, weak, teratospermia.
