18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients are Chinese people aged between 18 and 75 years at the time of enrollment; all the patients present with recurrent transient ischemic attack; all the patients with focal cerebral ischemia or small slice cerebral infarction are confirmed by cranial MRI; all the patients with severe stenosis or occlusion of intracranial vessels are confirmed by cranial CTA or whole brain angiography; all the patients with cerebral hypoperfusion are revealed by cranial CT perfusion imaging; all the patients recovered from stroke without physical disability (mRS=3) and mental diseases are able ti care for themselves in daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with other cerebrovascular diseases such as aneurysm or arteriovenous malformations, taking special medicines such as antiepileptic drugs or psychotropic drugs, severe chronic systemic disease (contraindication in operation) and other diseases of the central nervous system, such as craniocerebral injury, brain tumor, etc.
