Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. persistent prosthesis periprosthetic knee joint pain, infection in 3 weeks; 2. diagnosed as periprosthetic knee joint infection by imageological examination; 3. all patients received two-stage revision with articulated antibiotic-loaded cement spacer implantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. negative culture results, as they were hard to diagnose as PJI even with the MSIS criteria; 2. infectious diseases by other pathogens; 3. bone tumor and serious heart disease, hepatic and renal dysfunction.
