Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of diminished ovarian reserve; 2. aged between 18 to 40 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocrinopathies which inhibit ovulation, including polycystic ovarian syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenism, hypothyroidism; 2. DOR caused by iatrogenic factors, like pelvic cavity surgery, chemoradiotherapy, uterine arteria embolism, drugs like hormone or immunosuppressor; 3. Taking hormone drugs (like contraceptive, glucocorticoid) in the last three months (those receiving IVF-ET not included); 4. Severe anxiety with a score of >70 in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale; 5. Severe cardiovascular, cerebral, liver, kidney, cancer, hemopoietic system, or mental diseases; 6. Declined to sign the informed consent.
