Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An acute stroke diagnosed by either computed tomography ormagnetic resonance imaging, within one week, Vital signs stable; No congnitive disorder; signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congnitive disorder,aphasia,kidney comorbidity, neuropath, iron-deficiency anemia and refusal to give informed consent.
