Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Formal employees who have been in enterprises for more than one year have an average daily use of computers for more than 6 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have been diagnosed with musculoskeletal injuries due to non-occupational factors; used to work computers for long periods of time; and used computers for extended periods of time at home.
