18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of central nervous system; 2. aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. tumor relapsing within 1 year after last dose of methotrexate treatment; 4. stable disease or progressive disease after methotrexate treatment; 5. receiving no radiation to central nervous system before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV infection; 2. other active infectious disease,such as acute hepatitis, tuberculosis, pneumonia, etc.; 3. eGFR<30ml/min; 4. cirrhosis,liver failure; 5. heart failure, LVEF<50%; 6. concommitant other incurable neoplasms.
