Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Allograft kidney transplant recipients; 2. Aged 18 years old or more; 3. Can keep in touch by the fixed telephone or cell phone; 4. Who was not involved in other research projects; 5. Volunteered to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive or mental disabilities; 2. Patients go to other medical and health institutions or health care institutions after discharge.
