Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who need bronchoalveolar lavage to obtain alveolar lavage fluid for bacterial culture, smear examination, acid fast staining and other clinical tests due to unclear clinical diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis has been clarified for patients undergoing bronchoalveolar lavage for the purpose of treatment of the disease; 2. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate or refuse to participate in this study.
