Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria for western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine conforming to stroke; 2. Age between 40-80 years; 3. course of disease in -6 month of January; 4. conscious, and cooperative; 5. hemiplegic side hand without traumatic or peripheral nerve injury; 6. informed consent and voluntary signing of the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients with severe liver, kidney, blood and endocrine system were associated with the disease; 2. mental disorders, or mental and cognitive impairment; 3. increased intracranial pressure, tumor and pregnancy; 4. patients with severe aphasia are unable to cooperate with treatment and related assessors.
