20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 ~ 80 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma; 3. The infiltration depth of the tumor was determined to be T2 ~ T4a before operation; 4. There was no history of gastrointestinal surgery and no neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 5. The kidney function is healthy and there is no liver disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. In the preoperative and intraoperative techniques, the metastasis of distant organs or the extensive planting of the abdominal cavity was found; 3. The combination of simultaneity or heterogeneity of other viscera tumors; 4. Patients with critical illness; 5. Incomplete data of case data; 6. Laparoscopic surgery for laparoscopic surgery; 7. Patients with palliative excision of tumor.
