Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To participate in the study of the medical institutions "cross syndrome" in 60 cases, inclusion criteria: in accordance with the "cross syndrome" clinical diagnostic criteria, patients are not independent to the head forward, too, from the side of thoracic spine flexion showed "C" type; the patients complained of neck and shoulder pain and repeated movement disorder and discomfort; there was persistent or recurrent head extension or flexion of the posture of the patient life or work; the patients in the age between 20 to 50 years old, the course of more than half a year; the vital signs were stable, no physical and mental deficiency, without cognitive impairment, positive evaluation of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, sympathetic cervical spondylosis, cervical hyperosteogeny, fracture, soft tissue tear, tumor, immune system disease, etc.
