Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Met the inclusion criteria of persistenet severe allergic rhinitis; 2) Met the diagnostic criteria for AR; 3) Met the persistent severe criteria for AR; 4) Met the TCM dianostic criteria and the pattern of kidney-yang deficiency; 5) Aged between 18-65 years old; 6) the average VAS score during 7 days of inclusion period is above 4; 7) informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) in 14 days, they had respiratory infection or acute paranasal sinusitis, and there was an inflammation in the chest X; 2) chronic paranasal sinusitis and chronic paranasal sinusitis with chronic paranasal sinusitis, or by X - ray examination of paranasal sinus; 3) there are organic lesions in the nasal cavity or patients who have nasal cavity surgery; 4) patients with paroxysmal respiratory diseases such as asthma; 5) within 14 days, H1- antihistamines, steroids and antihistamine preparations, blood reducing agents (acting on nasal, oral and ocular sites), corticosteroids, antibiotics and other drugs were taken; 6) patients who have received specific immunotherapy or systemic hormone therapy in the last year; 7) in the 14 day, they had used acupuncture, moxibustion, canister, and nasal Chinese medicine inhalation and other traditional Chinese medicine and other traditional medicine in the range of physical therapy; 8) in the last 14 days, we have taken Chinese medicine preparations for allergic rhinitis; 9) pregnant or lactating women, pregnant women receiving treatment in the process of preparation; 10) tuberculosis, hepatitis or serum creatinine, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase (AST/ALT) was 2 times more than the normal value of the index; 11) psychosis patients; 12) more than 10 cigarettes a day for more than 10 years; 13) in the part of the moxibustion, the person who has a scar or the researcher thinks that the part of the moxibustion should be applied to the body which is not suitable for the whole body disease; 14) the clinical researchers believe that the participants who participated in the clinical study could not cooperate with the therapist.
