Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age=18 years old; no history of chronic otorhinolaryngology, respiratory system, digestive system, and general systemic disease; no history of head and neck and maxillofacial trauma; no symptoms of otorhinolaryngology, respiratory system, digestive system in 6 months; no medication in 6 months; no history of smoking,alcohol and other special addiction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With history of chronic otorhinolaryngology, respiratory system, digestive system, and general systemic disease; have history of head &neck and maxillofacial trauma; have symptoms of otorhinolaryngology, respiratory system, digestive system in 6 months; take medication in 6 months; have history of smoking,alcohol and other special addiction; can not complete history-taking and examination or difficult to communicate.
