Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-85 years male and female; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative MMSE < 23; 2. Heart rate < 50 beats/min; 3. Heart block disease; 4. Patients with neurological, mental illness, tumor; 5. Hearing, reading, reading and writing in Chinese; 6. Secondary operation; 7. Previous history of oncology.
