Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adenocarcinoma of the prostate treated with RP; 2. tumor stage pT3a-4, R1, pN1, GS=8 or PSA>0.1ng/ml; 3. WHO performance status of 0 to 1; 4. aged >18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence or history of bone metastases; 2. Prior pelvic radiotherapy; 3. The use of products known to affect PSA levels within 4 weeks prior to start of trial treatment
