Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were operated at Beijing Anzhen Hospital after January 2017. We recruit patients whose coronary angiography shows three or more vessels damage. They should meet proper indications for coronary artery bypass grafting and shuold sign informed consent files.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who also suffer severe valve damage or ventricle aneurysm; (2) ejection fraction is under 50%; (3) patients who also suffer pleural diseases or closed chest; (4) patients who also suffer severe lungs disease. patients who cannot stand single lung ventilation.
