18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative examination results accorded with the diagnostic criteria of AEG; Preoperative assessment of disease duration was consistent with T0-4N0-3M0 at preoperative evaluation according to AJCC (American Joint Committee on Cancer); Feasible Laparoscopic D2 radical surgery; No serious medical basic diseases and it can tolerate radical gastrectomy or extended radical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing this study; Distant metastasis of gastric cancer; Preoperative examination was performed to evaluate the feasibility of this surgery; The patient has chronic tracheal dysfunction and cannot tolerate radical gastrectomy
