Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 and 55 years old who scheduled to perfom lower limb surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine within one year, the ASA I and II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, those with central nervous system diseases, patients with combined sepsis and puncture site infection, patients with spinal diseases, patients with any cause of shock, patients with severe lower back Painful patients; those with coagulopathy; those with mental disorders and non-partners.
