18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years and meet at least one of following items: (1) moderate and severe VHD as defined by echocardiography; (2) or patients who had undergone any operation on a cardiac valve (percutaneous balloon commissurotomy,valve repair, valve replacement); (3) or diagnosis of endocarditis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who refuse to sign an informed consent
