Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute decompensated heart failure admitted in Chinese PLA general hospital (age>60 years); New York Heart Association Classification III or IV; two symptoms or signs of volume overload (dyspnea,pitting edema, jugular vein filling, within 48 hours); voluntary vparticipation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute coronary syndrome, severe primary cardiac valvular diseases, three months after cardiac surgery; pulmonary artery embolization, malignant tumor progression, sepsis, multiple organ failure; immune deficiencies or receiving immunosuppressors; serum creatinine >3.5 mg/dL (309.4 umol/L) or receiving renal replacement therapy; serum natrium>145mmol/L; radiography with contrast agents during the hospitalization; inability to complete the study, including mental illness or inability to cooperate.
