Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients with multi-vessel lesions who received first isolated off-pump CABG in our medical center from January 2010 to June 2015 were reviewed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hybrid procedures were not included in the present series. Revascularization of the left anterior descending coronary artery using arterial or venous conduits other than left internal mammary artery. And patients who were initially intended to undergo off-pump CABG but were converted to on-pump CABG intra-operatively were also excluded.
