Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 7 and 18 years; 2. scheduled to undergo PIC; 3. could understand Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. identified cognitive and learning problems in their medical record; 2. brain tumors or metastasis; 3. contact precaution; 4. history of seizures and motion sickness.
