Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of obesity patients with spleen deficiency and dampness retentionin; 2. Aged 18-65 years old male and female; 3. Did not accept any treatment to loss weight except for dietary and exercise 3 months before treatment; 4. Did not use antibiotics or probiotics 1 months before treatment; 5. No gastrointestinal disease or liver and biliary tract infection history; 6. Participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity, like hypothalamic disease, pituitary disease, pancreatic islet dysfunction and hypothyroidism; 2. Used drugs that affect glucose metabolism and insulin secretion; 3. Patients with serious heart, brain, liver or kidney disease; 4. Patients with tumor, immune system or hematological disease; 5. Mental illness patients; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Insufficient understanding of the study, unwilling participants or poor compliance.
