Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first acute ischemic stroke (3 months to 12 months); 2. Aged 50 to 70 years; 3. Education level of primary school and above; 4. Right handedness; 5. Medial temporal lobe, hippocampus, SMA, and cerebellum were assessed by MRI as intact; 6. NIHSS was 23 or below within one week of stroke; 7. NIHSS 12 points or less when selected; 8. Normal cognition or mild cognitive impairment; 9. FMA motor assessment-upper extremity>=10; 10. FMA balance assessment>=5; 11. Modified Barthel Index>=40; 12. GDSS=0.8, able to distinguish colors; 14. No mental diseases, no serious medical comorbidity (eg. dementia, heart or respiratory illnesses, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffered from mental diseases; 2. With serious medical comorbidity (eg. dementia, heart or respiratory illnesses, etc.) 3. Moderate or serious cognitive dysfunction; 4. Aphasia; 5. Artificial tooth; 6. Having metal substance in the body; 7. Having medical equipment in the body (eg. heart pacemaker).
