Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severe COPD patients (FEV1 1 <50% GOLD stage 3 and 4) with no exacerbation (stable COPD)not signed informed consent; respiratory allergy; tracheostomy; patients with long term oxygen therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pazient with history of asthma, bronchiectasis,previously exacerbation of COPD (no hospital admissions in the previous 2 months or use of antibiotics)
