Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. the diagnostic criteria of TCM for stroke; 3. the patients were disgonsed as a first onset of cerebral apoplexy, and patients with trunk position control disorder; 4. TIS score is 6~17 points, and the sitting position balance >2 levels; 5. The age is between 40 and 80; 6. the onset is 2 weeks ~ 6 months; 7. the patients have an good physical strength and endurance of 45 minutes of training; 8. at least the unilateral limb movement function is normal or at least the unilateral limb Brunnstrom is greater than or equal to 4; 9. the patient's vital signs are stable; 10. agree to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. consciousness disorder, severe cognitive impairment and blindness; 2. at the same time, the combination of dysphasia and aphasia; 3. the patients with an acute diseases such as heart, brain and kidney; 4. serious mental disorders; 5. the subjects who participated in similar subjects; 6. simple MMSE score is less than or equal to 23.
