Interventions

Thoracic paravertebral nerve block group:Patients were injected with 0.375% ropivacaine 10 ml into the paravertebral space at the two levels of both T6 and T9 (20ml total) on the same side of the sur
Pure general anesthesia group:Pure general anesthesia, do not make thoracic paravertebral block treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 30-80 years old, BMI 18 ~ 30kg / m2, ASA I ~ III grade, thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puncture site infection; coagulation disorders; with nerve conduction disease; heart function, liver and kidney dysfunction; long-term use of non-steroidal drugs; have a history of serious drug allergy; affect the pain score and combined cognitive changes in patients with mental disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Total opioid use within 24 hours; 3 months after surgery, patients were followed up by phone for VAS score at rest and coughing, and incidence of chronic pain;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the first pressing time of the analgesic pump and demand times within 48 hours;postoperative analgesia satisfaction score;changes of blood pressure and heart rate before and after skin cutting;Patients anesthesia recovery time and extubation time;Postoperative hospital stay;
