18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females of no non pregnancy, lactation, menstrual period ranging from 18-45 years old; 2. The relation of root and mandibular canal are proved overlap or contact in periapical radiograph; 3. CBCT come to meet the following conditions: root through the canal, root enter the canal, root attach the canal; 4. No systematic disease is detected in clinical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute inflammation or any other surgical contraindication; 2. Patient with any metabolic disease or nervous system disease, including those taking drugs that affect the function of the nervous system; 3. Preoperative sensory dysfunction in lower lip or tongue; 4. Tooth with pulpitis, periapical or periodontal disease; 5. Non-compliant patient.
