Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. in the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis; 2. the course of disease > 3 months;ineffective conservative treatment includes physical therapy, NSAIDs, stretching exercises, and heel mats; 3. Numerical rating scale=4; 4. the abdomen herpes zoster; 5. aged > 18 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The previous foot surgery or fracture history; 2. Patients with symptoms or signs of bilateral plantar fasciitis; 3. Pregnant women; 4. other diseases which seriously affected heel pain disease; 5. active tuberculosis; 6. patients can't understand NRS; 7. serious ulcers, infections of skin; 8. severely abnormal blood coagulation function; 9. severe diabetes without specialist treatment.
