Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-40 years old, ASA grade I and II, all mothers are primiparous, single child, full-term. All the mothers who participate in this study are willing to join the study voluntarily after the researchers explain the purpose, significance and main research contents of this study to this research, and sign the confirmation letter before carrying out the study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of gestational diabetes mellitus; (2) congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) fetal distress; (4) mental illness; (5) body weight greater than 110kg or height less than 150cm; (6) refuse to participate in this study; (7) transfer of caesarean section.
