18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years old; Elective open hepatectomy surgery under general anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; Liver function Child grade A or B grade;informed consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe puncture site infection, anticoagulation, morbid obesity, allergy to analgesic drug, Impaired cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions,psychiatric and neurological disorders.
