Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IGR (Standards of WHO1999): 6mmol/L =< Fasting blood glucose =< 7mmol/L 2h Postprandial blood glucose (75 grams OGGT) =< 7.8mmol/L; Fasting blood glucose =< 6.1mmol/L, 7.8mmol/L =< 2h Postprandial blood glucose =< 11.1mmol/L; 6mmol/L =< Fasting blood glucose =< 7mmol/L, 7.8mmol/L =< 2h Postprandial blood glucose =< 11.1mmol/L; 2. Male or femaleaged from 40 to 59 years old; 3. To be able to use the smart phone mobile APP and microphone mobile client; 4. The patients sign the information consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Previously diagnosed type 1 or 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Patients with obvious hepatic (obvious clinical symptoms or signs of liver disease, acute or chronic hepatitis, 4. AST and ALT > 2 folds of the upper limits of normal range respectively); 5. Patients with obvious renal disease (Creatinine > 1.2 folds of the upper limit of normal range,=1.5 mg/dL(133 µmol/L,male)=1.4mg/dL(124 µmol/L,female)or eGFR<45ml/min/1.73m2; 6. Severe chronic gastrointestinal disease; 7. Any blood disease that may affect HbA1c measurements(Hemolytic anemia, sickle cell disease); 8. Combined with cortisol hyperthyroidism, hyperthyroidism, chronic liver disease and other diseases affecting glucose metabolism and pregnancy, cancer, psychosis.
