Interventions

1:Tranexamic acid 0.125mg preoperative inhalation for half an hour
2:Tranexamic acid 0.25mg preoperative inhalation for half an hour
3:2% lidocaine 5ml preoperative inhalation for half an hour (control group)

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients aged 18-80 with endobronchial local exophytic lesions who underwent EBB, and patients diagnosed with primary lung cancer based on histological confirmation; 2. The subject / legal authorized representative understands the purpose and procedure of the trial and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunosuppression; 2. active bleeding, known bleeding tendencies, or a suspected bleeding disorder; 3. Continuous anti-coagulant or anti-platelet therapy; 4. Heart function failure, liver or kidney disease;echanical ventilation; 5. Lung transplant; 6. Pulmonary arterial hypertension 7. Thrombocytopaenia (platelets 1.3; 8. Hemophilia; 9. Thrombophilia or thrombosis in patients already; 10. Allergic to Tranexamic acid, and intolerate anesthesia.
