Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =70 years old; 2) plan to take elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia, expected surgery time =2h; 3) agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refuse to participate in this study; 2) history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis; 3) incomplete preoperative assessment due to severe dementia, speech impairment, coma, end-stage disease; 4) severe renal impairment (renal replacement therapy required); severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh grade C); patients expected to survive =24 hours; 5) brain surgery; 6) other situations supported by the attending physician or researcher (reasons should be documented).
