Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age greater than 16 years; The diagnostic criteria of MGD are as follows or more dry eye symptoms: red eyes, blunt circle or thickening of eyelid margin, capillary dilatation, decrease or non-secretion of lipids. Abnormal lipids or obstruction of meibomain gland orifice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: within half a year, there are ocular infections, surgery or trauma; Incomplete eyelid closure, entropion or ectropion; There are 5-6 types of Fitzpatrick skin classification in the eyes. there were suntan or melatonin in 4 weeks;sensitive or allergic symptoms within 4 weeks;skin treatment in 4 weeks; There are skin cancer or pigmented lesions in the pretreated area.
