Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NAFLD group: 1. undergone cholelithiasis liver surgery at the Department of Liver Surgery (The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, Hengyang, China); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. clinically defined as manifestations of B ultrasonography, and No excessive alcohol intake ( female < 20g/d, male < 30g/d); 3. volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent. Control group: 1. undergone cholelithiasis liver surgery at the Department of Liver Surgery (The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, Hengyang, China); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. The B test results no fatty liver, hepatitis and other diseases; 4. volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. younger than 18 years of age; 2. exclude patients with hepatitis, cirrhosis or chronic alcohol use; 3. did not agree to participate in this study
