Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II; 3. Scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patients aged 50~80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness of the patient; 2. Presence of neuropathic pain or sensory disorders in the leg to be operated on; 3. Intolerance to the study drugs; 4. Previous major knee surgery, re-operation or trauma to the knee within the study period.
