18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=80 years, patients/authorized clients agree to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent; 2. Comply with NMIBC diagnostic criteria (cystoscope and CT confirmed, tumor number 3 or less, the size of 2 cm or less), patients need TUR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with complication of other tumors or systemic diseases, such as severe coagulopathy, important organ decompensation, uncontrolled servere psychosomatic disease et al.; 2. with Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer or pelvic lymph note metastasis or distant metastasis; 3. tumor size>2cm or tumor number>3.
