Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any age and gender meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease and the diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation. (1) Symptoms must include 2 or more of the following: 1) at least 25% of defecation is laborious; 2) at least 25% of defecation is dry globular or hard; 3) at least 25% of defecation may not be felt; 4) At least 25% of defecation has anorectal obstruction or obstruction. At least 25% of defecation requires manual help (E. g., using fingers to defecate, The defecation times of pelvic floor were less than 3 times / week; (2) There were few dilute stools in the absence of laxatives; (3) There was not enough evidence to diagnose irritable bowel syndrome. The symptoms appeared for at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the symptoms met the above criteria in the last 3 months. (4) understand the purpose and procedure of the experiment and volunteer to participate in the experiment, be willing to comply with the taboos and restrictions stipulated in the scheme, be able to fill out logs and questionnaires as required, and agree to sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, neurological or mental disorders, or other causes that cannot be studied in conjunction with cancer or AIDS; 2) patients with local intestinal lesions, intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon, gastrointestinal tumors and other organic intestinal diseases; 3) patients who are known to be allergic or allergic to intestinal or excipient substances.
