Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young people: 20-30 years old, with daily communication in Putonghua, no history of otology and no recent history of otorhinolaryngology or upper respiratory tract infections; Pure tone thresholds are within normal range (binaural 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 40 00 and 8000Hz air conduction threshold are = 15dB HL). Acoustic conductivity test tympanogram are A-type curve, both ears can lead to the frequency of acoustic reflex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with otology-related diseases; subjective malicious do not cooperate.
