Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 20 and 60 years; 2. stroke patients due the damage of Middle Cerebral Artery; 3. duration less than 1 mout; 4. no rehabilitation exercise before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cognitive damage without understanding the verbral command; 2. BMI>28; 3. Diabetes; 4. other neurological or musculskeletal disease,such as PD, MS.
