Intensive glycemic control group:Blood glucose control <140mg/dl (7.8 mmol/L)
Traditional blood glucose control group:Blood glucose control <180 mg/dl (10mmol/L)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Department of orthopedics trauma patients, the damage severity score (ISS), usually the ISS 25 points for serious injury. This study adopted ISS more than 16 patients, including single and multiple fractures of upper limb, lower limb single and multiple fractures, pelvic fracture and combined with multiple fracture types. Two times of random blood sugar > 180 mg/dl (10mmol/L) could enter the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old, comatose patients with craniocerebral trauma, abdominal visceral injuries, and patients with a survival time of less than 3 days; those who refused to participate in this clinical trial.
