Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The enrolled subjects consisted of surgical patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) admitted to the Thoracic Department of West China Hospital, a tertiary regional center. People who met the inclusive criteria including 1) diagnosed as NSCLC; 2) undergoing VATS lung cancer lobectomy; 3) age between 50-75 years old are eligible for enrollment; 4) with a informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not NSCLC; 2. did not receieving VATS lung cancer lobectomy.
